 SoLD vs FA, 10-30 NSW, Cats. SoLD - Chaos, 6 players, 177 levels. FA - Balance, 8 players, 240 levels. Good effort considering we were two people short, but you're never going to win against anyone with such a disadvantage. We went straight out into FA from the word go with everyone, killed their attack and went straight to their shrine. We got it down and had the countdown going but they managed to get to ours in time. At that point we'd now switched shrines and had to get ours back ASAP. First we sent back just one, who was killed before being able to restore. After that we tried again with two, and a third following shortly after. This worked at first as we got back into ours and restored it to save the match whilst FA were getting theirs back up. After that point FA sent most of theirs back to ours and it was impossible to hold them off with less numbers than they had. A couple of SoLDs made a last second dash to FA's shrine but it was too late. Another 2pm Sunday match, another one not everyone could make and it meant we had little chance. But we'll keep fighting even when we've only got 6 people. And we'll win some too. We're SoLD. :) ~ Tel |
